Data Deletion

Instructions for deleting your data collected through our social media integrations (Instagram, Threads, TikTok).

What Data We Store

When you connect a social media account through our Social Planner, we store:

  • OAuth access tokens (encrypted) — used only to publish posts on your behalf
  • Platform user ID and account handle
  • Scheduled post content: captions, hashtags, media file URLs
  • Publish history: timestamps and success/failure logs

We do not store your social media password, private messages, follower lists, or any other profile data.

Option 1 — Disconnect in the App

The fastest way to remove your data is directly in the Social Planner:

  1. 1Log in to the admin panel and open "Planner"
  2. 2Select the brand with the connected account
  3. 3Go to the "Accounts" tab
  4. 4Click "Disconnect" next to the platform you want to remove

Disconnecting immediately deletes the encrypted access token from our database. All scheduled posts for that platform are also cancelled.

Option 2 — Revoke Access via Platform

You can revoke our app's access directly from the social media platform. This immediately invalidates your access token on our end.

Instagram / Threads

Instagram → Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Remove

TikTok

TikTok → Profile → Settings → Privacy → Manage app permissions → Revoke

Option 3 — Email Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the admin panel, send us a deletion request. We will remove all your data within 30 days and send a confirmation.
